About us

ELTAR is an exhibition organizer with 23 years of experience in promoting Polish companies that has wide contacts among prestigious foreign fair managements and collaborates with a vast number of Polish companies and institutions.


In 2015 we celebrated the 20th anniversary of our activities that helped to strengthen the positive image of Poland on foreign markets and develop Polish companies that see their chance in export.


Our promotional activities include comprehensive organization of participation of Polish exhibitors in trade fairs in Poland and abroad, designing and building stands that help to develop individual marketing strategies for exporters, manufacturers, associations, trade chambers, and institutions – ministries; advising on prospective markets; researching and choosing partners on foreign markets for trade missions, seminaries, conferences.


Furthermore, ELTAR assists Polish exporters by aiding them to find different types of financial help for their promotional activities including de minimis aid  - European funds, regional operational programmes. Our goal is always to amplify the scope of our activities and its range.


As a part of our activities we build traditional group and individual Polish stands on the biggest and most prestigious international trade fairs like HMI in Hannover, FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in Nuremberg, BAU and BAUMA in Munich, IBF w Brno, ANUGA and ISM in Cologne, SIAL in Paris and SIAL CHINA in Shanghai, PLMA Amsterdam and PLMA Chicago, GULFOOD, GULFOOD MANUFACTURING, SPECIALITY FOOD FESTIVAL, SEAFEX in Dubai, AFRICA’S BIG 7 in Johannesburg, ALIMENTARIA in Barcelona and many others.


As a longtime representative of Croatian Zagrebacki Velesajam in Poland ELTAR organized in 1997 the participation of over 90 Polish exhibitors in MTJ in Zagreb – on which Poland received the status of partner country, national exposition in 2002 and participation of many companies in different trade fairs.


ELTAR together with the Foundation of the Polish Promotional Emblem TERAZ POLSKA (Poland Now) organized series of exhibitions called ‘TERAZ POLSKA’, that took place in Hamburg (1999), Rotterdam (September 2000), Budapest (December 2000), Nizhny Novgorod (March 2001), Saratov (December 2001), Novosibirsk (October 2013), Yekaterinburg (November 2004).


During exhibitions in Zagreb and ‘Teraz Polska’ series ELTAR prepared many promotional accompanying events, among them Polish fashion shows, presentations of Polish cuisine and Polish film festivals.


Since 2009 ELTAR is the exclusive representative of Gulfood in Poland (during the edition 2016 there were 36 Polish exhibitors on 444sqm). Since 2013 ELTAR gained the status of an exclusive representative of Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai and in 2014 ELTAR became the exclusive agent in Poland of Food and Hotel trade fairs that take place in the Far East (China and South Korea) and the Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) and Africa’s Big Seven in Johannesburg. In 2015 we also began to work as the exclusive agent for Speciality Food Festival and SEAFEX in Dubai and for construction fair The Big Show in Oman.


In 2012-2015 ELTAR was the leader of the POLISH WINDOWS and DOORS Consortium, which had been selected in the tender as the Conductor of the Business Promotion Programme of Polish Windows and Doors under the system project designed by the Ministry of Economy  called ‘Worldwide promotion of Polish economy on international markets’ within sub-measure 6.5.2 of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme.

As part of the Business Promotion Programme of Polish Windows and Doors ELTAR as the Consortium leader organized the participation in international fairs like EQUIPBAIE METALEXPO in Paris, MADE EXPO in Milan, BUDMA in Poznan, BAU in Munich, IBF in Brno, BATIMAT in Paris, FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in Nuremberg, NORDBYGG in Stockholm and conducted promotion activities during mentioned above fairs for participants of the programme, Polish entrepreneurs representing the sector of windows and doors.

Furthermore, besides of these activities, ELTAR organized business seminars, B2B networking sessions and trade missions as accompanying actions to relevant industry events on French, Czech, German, Italian and Swedish markets.

Implementation of the programme has been well evaluated by both: the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Poland (current Ministry of Development) and by participants of the programme (see references).


ELTAR organized dozens of fair expositions for our regular customers – participants of the business promotion programme of the Polish food sector.


Currently we cooperate with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development within organizing the participation in fair FOOD and HOTEL ‘2016 in Singapore, and with the Agricultural Market Agency in the field of organizing exposition in fair AFRICA’S BIG SEVEN`2016 in Johannesburg.


For many years of exhibition activity ELTAR in 2002 he was awarded the title of "Prominent Polish Exporter".


In May 2015 ELTAR received an award in XXV edition of the ‘TERAZ POLSKA’ (‘Poland Now’) on the best products and services for activities related to the organization of fair exhibitions including: promotional activity for Polish exporters, organization and execution of  fairs expositions and trade missions.


In June 2015 the Minister of Economy (current Ministry of Development) has honored Mrs. Elżbieta Tęsna, the President and Owner of ELTAR, with the ‘Badge of Honour for Merit for the Economic Development of the Republic of Poland’, appreciating numerous activities for the promotion and development of the Polish economy Mrs. Tęsna is involved.


In September 2015 ELTAR received the ‘ENTERPRISE LEADER OF THE YEAR 2015’ in the category of Small Enterprise. The title of "Enterprise Leader of the Year" awards particularly active, innovative, creative and dynamic companies involved in manufacturing, activities of craftsmen, trade and services – see the President Andrzej Duda letter.


Among ELTAR’s clients there are large companies experienced in the field of promotion of their products on diverse, also very remote markets, but many companies from the SME sector, which begin or plan to develop their exports to the European markets as well.
